can a father who is charged of viewing child pornography still have supervised visitation or not?

my ex-husband has supervised visitation with my 3 year old daughter. he is now being investigated for child pornography found in his hard-drive. if he is charged and convicted, will he still have his supervised visitations or will the court immediately remove them? i do not want my daughter close to this monster and yes even if he is her father.
