BRITTANY MURPHY DIES UNEXPECTEDLY IN CALIFORNIA HOME
Breaking news reports are coming in from TMZ and other celebrity news sources claiming actress Brittany Murphy died early Sunday morning (Dec. 20, 2009) of cardiac arrest.
The celebrity was apparently in her home when the heart attack happened and could not be revived.
A 911 call was made at 8:00 AM from a home in Los Angeles that is listed as belonging to her husband, Simon Monjack, [according to] the Los Angeles City Fire Department.
We’re told Murphy was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
WHO IS BRITTANY MURPHY?
Murphy starred in such films as “Clueless” with green celebrity Alicia Silverstone, the docudrama “8 Mile” with rapper Eminem, and “Don’t say a Word”.
There is no word at this time what brought on the fatal heart attack, whether it was a congenital birth defect, a hereditary condition, a degenerative disease, or if illegal drugs, prescription pharmaceuticals, or alcohol were in any way involved.
